What we collect
When you submit the MailerLite form, your email address and any fields in the form are sent to MailerLite so Mantech Media can manage the mailing list and deliver Mantech Daily. After MailerLite reports a successful form submission, this browser stores a small flag so the signup form stays hidden here; it does not store your email address. If double opt-in is enabled, check your email to confirm. You can clear the flag by choosing "Not subscribed? Show the form". MailerLite processes subscriber data on our behalf under its privacy policy. You can unsubscribe using the link in any campaign email.
Our pages load MailerLite's embed script where a signup form appears. MailerLite may receive standard connection information, including your IP address and browser details, and its embedded service may use cookies or similar technologies. MailerLite may also measure email campaign interactions, as described in its privacy policy. Some article images are loaded directly from publishers or image providers, which may receive standard request information. We do not run our own analytics or third-party advertising. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs under its own policies.
Advertising
Mantech Media does not currently serve Google AdSense or other third-party display advertisements. No advertising cookies or advertising personalisation are activated by this site at this time. If advertising is introduced, advertising partners such as Google and other approved vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure or personalise advertisements, subject to their own privacy terms and the choices available to visitors.
Where required for the visitor's location and the advertising configuration, we will provide an appropriate consent and privacy-choice mechanism before loading advertising technologies. Visitors can review or change Google's advertising personalisation choices through Google My Ad Center. Non-personalised advertising may still use limited data for delivery, frequency capping and measurement. This policy will be updated before advertising is enabled; no Google publisher ID or approval is claimed.
Business enquiries
When secure online delivery is configured, advertising enquiry details are sent to our Cloudflare Worker and delivered to Mantech Media using Resend. The site does not maintain an enquiry database. Cloudflare and Resend process the request and may retain service, security or delivery logs under their own policies. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which processes technical information such as the visitor's IP address and browser signals. If online delivery is unavailable, you can email us directly using the address on the advertising page.
Editorial draft assistance
Authorised editors may use a private AI-assisted drafting tool. Source notes entered into that tool are sent to OpenAI to generate an unpublished draft. The API does not save drafts or publish them. OpenAI processes the request under the account's data controls and its privacy policy. Editors must verify claims against the linked original sources before publication. Authentication is provided by Clerk.
Our reporting
Stories on Mantech Media are original summaries based on linked reporting and primary sources. We aim to distinguish reported facts from company claims and analysis, but mistakes can happen and source information can change. Image credits identify the source of an image; a credit does not itself grant reuse rights. Please verify prices, availability, and health, legal or financial information independently before acting on it.
